Terms of Delivery for Big Office and Swivel Chairs
We shall accept your order exclusively in accordance with our Terms as stated in the following, the validity of which shall also be recognized by the customer on placing the order.
- - - Pricing
Our listed prices are net prices in the Euro Currency and VAT (value-added tax) will be applied additionally!
- - - Installation
Some of the chairs will be delivered unmounted, we will however always include the very easy to understand instructions for installation.
- - - Technical Changes
We have the right so reserve technical changes and construction changes in order to optimize processing. We also cannot influence minor changes of measurements.
- - - Payment
Payment on delivery without deduction. We reserve ownership of the delivered goods until the full invoiced amount hat been paid.Court of jurisdiction is our company address, district council Schwelm.
